Description of problem:

We would like to create a "getting stated guide" for our OpenStack and OpenDayligh offering. 

High level description of the content required:

- Introduction to SDN, NFV
- What is OpenDaylight?
- Use Cases for ODL
- ODL architecture 
- How OpenDaylight works with OpenStack/Neutron?
- OVSDB/NetVirt and Red Hat focus
- Link to other, more technical install guide
