I believe ownership of this component has been transferred to Scott Herold. I'm not sure how to transfer my default ownership of this component(I spent an hour of Google with no progress). @Scott can you confirm?
@Spenser, we figured out that Alexander Wels now owns this, and I've sent a BZ request to Bronce McClain to correct the default.

Caused by path changes: 2016-08-31 10:23:34,175 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.utils.servlet.ServletUtils] (default task-1) [] Can't read file '/usr/share/doc/rhevm-doc/manual/en-US/html/Administration_Guide/chap-Virtual_Machines.html' for request '/ovirt-engine/docs/manual/en-US/html/Administration_Guide/chap-Virtual_Machines.html', will send a 404 error response. 2016-08-31 10:23:55,582 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.utils.servlet.ServletUtils] (default task-32) [] Can't read file '/usr/share/doc/rhevm-doc/manual/en-US/html/Administration_Guide/chap-Virtual_Machines.html' for request '/ovirt-engine/docs/manual/en-US/html/Administration_Guide/chap-Virtual_Machines.html', will send a 404 error response. chap-Virtual_Machines.html doesn't exist in the docs anymore. See screenshot of latest 4.0.4 rpm contents. Alexander, we should either try to sync this and rhevm-doc on a calendar, or change the design. This isn't a good design. (Also, do people use this thing?)

Happened to me again today. The exact same scenario. First time I tried to press on a documentation button, it resulted in 404 error. The second time resulted in engine process crash. After restarting the engine, I couldn't reproduce the crash anymore but 404 is being showed under all tabs. BTW, today it happen during bringing up a VM (don't think it has to do anything with VM coming up but just mentioning...)

This is still broken in 4.1.0-9
It's broken now on the rhevm-doc side. rhevm-doc has no content for 4.1 beta, so all links are broken. I've rebuilt rhevm-doc* and that will fix the issue. Must have installed: rhevm-doc-4.1.0-2.el7ev rhevm-doc-ja-JP-4.1.0-2.el7ev rhevm-doc-zh-CN-4.1.0-2.el7ev rhevm-doc-ko-KR-4.1.0-2.el7ev
rhv-4.1.0-11 includes this fix
