Describe the issue: 
There is new feature about openscap in CF 4.1 and it shows report.

I wonder if there is a way to execute openscap to evaluate all images in the docker registry like atomic scan?

If this is a feature, I would like instructions for it added to the product docs.

Suggestions for improvement: 
Indicate that this feature is possible or not.
