Description of problem:
On container dashboard view (Compute->Containers->Overview) if some StatusBox (Nodes|Containers|Registries|...) is equal to 0 (no data) it's unlinked - which make it page unreachable from the UI

1. Compute->Containers->Overview

Actual results:

Any 0 valued StatusBox -> there is no link to its page (href)


Expected results:
have a clickable link on the box.

Thats on purpose. It would just lead to an empty list page.
We can fix this, but do we want to?
