before clicking on Advanced Parameters

Description of problem:
in Console section by editing VM is hidden only the first checkbox in Advanced Parameters part, other checkboxes are always shown

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-4.0.4-0.1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit some VM
2. click on Show Advanced Options
3. go to Console section and scroll down to the end

Actual results: checkboxes of advanced parameters are always shown except of one, see attachments


Expected results: all checkboxes below the Advanced Parameters are hidden and shows after clicking on the header


Additional info:
in both Admin and User portal
tested in Firefox 47.0

Only the "disable strict user checking" is an advanced parameter, the rest are not advanced, thats why they are not hidden.
