It seems that the latest sources for gtk-sharp2 are no longer uploaded to mono-project.com.

The mono project's Github seem to be very active though (see https://github.com/mono/gtk-sharp/tree/gtk-sharp-2-12-branch)

I would advise updating to the latest version from there:

https://github.com/mono/gtk-sharp/releases/tag/2.12.29

Seems like they're uploading to mono-project.com again:

The latest appears to be 2.12.40 on there
