This BZ is for documenting the DNS upgrade playbook (and potentially manual steps) after it is verified by QE. Currently waiting on the dev work to pass QE before continuing with docs.

As per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1362290#c8, there are no immediate plans to fix this, so I am going to close this bug as CLOSED --> CANTFIX.
