Description of problem:

Document nfs-utils rpm needs to be installed before running fusor-local-nfs-setup.

This is for RPM installations

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Minimally install RHEL 7.2 system
2. Follow instructions to RPM install system
3. Try steps in 3.1.5.1 (fusor-local-nfs-setup)

Verified in version 1.0 of the documentation.
