Description James Olin Oden 2016-09-02 21:26:32 UTC
Description of problem:
The first time I tried to enter invalid values I entered:

           IP address: 257.19.10.1
         Network Mask: 257.0.0.0
 DHCP network address: 500.0.0.0
     DHCP range start: -1.6.7.8

Then I killed the installer and started it again and did the following:

           IP Address: 257.1.1.1
 DHCP network address: -1.-5.-2,7

No errors were generated and the values were accepted. I did not try
to apply these values.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable)
QCI-1.0-RHEL-7-20160902.5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
See description.

Validation occurs when you attempt to proceed with the installation. On an install from the the latest RC ISO compose:

Unable to proceed with the following errors:
  IP address is invalid
  (many others)

On Fixing that:
Unable to proceed with the following errors:
Network address - Invalid IP address
  (several others)
