Description of problem:
If two files present in /etc/yum.repos.d have the same [serverid]
entry, yum silently refuses to run. Even using -d10, nothing is displayed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
yum-2.1.10-3

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add two files to /etc/yum.repos.d, both having the same [serverid]
entry
2. run yum upgrade
3.
    

Actual Results:  yum quits without doing anything

Expected Results:  Useful error message
