Description of problem:
The doxygen package ships man pages for non-existing binaries:

# rpm -ql doxygen
/usr/bin/doxygen
/usr/share/doc/doxygen
/usr/share/doc/doxygen/LANGUAGE.HOWTO
/usr/share/doc/doxygen/README.md
/usr/share/man/man1/doxygen.1.gz
/usr/share/man/man1/doxyindexer.1.gz
/usr/share/man/man1/doxysearch.1.gz

Note: doxyindexer, doxysearch do not exist

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
doxygen-1.8.11-4.fc24.x86_64

Expected results:
Packages not to ship bogus man-pages.

Either 
/usr/share/man/man1/doxyindexer.1.gz
/usr/share/man/man1/doxysearch.1.gz
should be removed from the package
or
doxyindexer and doxysearch be shipped.

it's fixed in 1.8.12-1 in rawhide. thanks for your report.
