Description of problem:
I launched a smart state analysis and it looks to be hung (as prior instances of the analysis took just a few minutes). I tried to delete an analysis profile named "default" and saw the error (attached image).
I also wanted to edit the analysis profile to add a new file path for analysis, but the GUI would not let me.

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete analysis profile named "default" that I just created
2. Throws this error
3. Cannot edit the analysis profile as well
