Description of problem:
When connecting monitors to DPs of graphics card NVIDIA GM206, on of three monitors is not powered on.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot up
2.connect up to 3 monitors to 3 display ports

Actual results:
Third monitor is recognized by xrandr (and display settings), but it is not powered on.

Expected results:
Monitor should be powered on.
