Following patches has been deleted: ['python-urllib3-old-nose-compat.patch', 'python-urllib3-pyopenssl.patch']
FYI - we need to wait for a python-requests release to come out which bundles the matching version of this urllib3 release.

It's also worth noting 1.18 introduces some new vendored packages (https://github.com/shazow/urllib3/pull/922) that will need unbundling when the time comes.
