Describe the issue: 

Received customer comment: "Hello, I did not found "RemoveFromCMDB" as part of Cloud and Infrastructure default Retirement State Machines. There is only "DeactivateCMDB". Is it issue of our deployment or placeholder for RemoveFromCMDB is not provided by CFME?"

Suggestions for improvement: Update the Integration with ServiceNow guide to remove the mention of the incorrect RemoveFromCMDB retirement state
