Created attachment 1198472 [details]
can't open file

Description of problem:

When downloading the CLI from https://console.hackathon.openshift.com/console/project/clinical-trial-match/create/next?name=rails-postgresql-example&namespace=openshift.

When trying to open the file, I get the error "oc" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the trash.

I am running OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.4.

Hi Michael, when you go to:

System Preferences > Security & Privacy,

does the section towards the bottom titled "Allow apps downloaded from:" have the top (Mac App Store) or middle option (Mac App Store and identified developers) checked?

If this is the case, try right-clicking the `oc` executable and selecting `open` from the context menu and let me know if this solves the issue.

I downloaded the client from this page and it works fine on my machine (OS X El Capitan):
https://console.hackathon.openshift.com/console/command-line

You get to it by clicking on the question mark in the banner and navigating to 'Command Line Tools'

There should be different links to download the tools by platform.

Let us know if downloading the Mac version of the CLI from the link in comment 2 still doesn't work for you.

Closing this because it can no longer be reproduced. Please reopen if you still run into this issue.
