Description of problem:

The Turkish government has announced today that the daylight savings time will be permanent from now on.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

All RHEL.

Expected results:

tzdata and tzdata-java packages should be updated.

It seems the tzdata update (2016g) from icann is ready but not officially released yet:
