Description of problem:
Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter stop working in kernel 4.7.2-201.fc24.x86_64



How reproducible:
after update system and boot from kernel 4.7.2-201.fc24.x86_64

release       :fedora 24 x86_64

environment  :kde

The problem does not appear when I do I reboot the machine from the terminal {reboot command) ,or when I do I turn off the device and then run again ,or when i log on to  Windows then reboot the machine and log on to  Fedora!!!
