please update virt-viewer.msi to latest version (currently 2.0-176)

rhevm-spice-client-x64-msi-3.6-7.el6.noarch

## How reproducible:

always

## Actual results:

current version is 2.0-129 (Mon May  2 2016)

## Expected results:

Would like 2.0-176 (currently on 4.0) or newer if possible

## Additional info:

Customer has observed multi-monitor and copy paste bugs, feels that the upstream version is more stable.

If you are not planning to upgrade to rhevm 4.0, than download and install the latest released version of the windows spice client ( from rhevm 4.0 ).
