Description of problem:
Request id starts from 1,000,000,000,001

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7.0.0.20160906172503_12f65cb

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a provider.
2. Provision a vm.

Actual results:
In Requests screens Request IDs have a very big number 1,000,000,000,000

Expected results:
Request id should start from 1

Also I found EVM server id has the same big number
