Description of problem:
In current Fedora 25, a thumbnail image of the active desktop is shown twice in the workspace overview at the right border of the desktop. Upon clicking the second thumbnail image, it disappears leaving the user with a single thumbnail image of the active desktop behind without any further workspace shown. As a consequence, it is impossible to increase the number of active workspaces.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start GNOME session.

Actual results:
The two thumbnail images of the workspace overview are identical and show the current desktop. Upon clicking the second thumbnail image, it disappears leaving a single thumbnail image of the current desktop behind whereas usually, a second empty thumbnail image is present which symbolizes an additional unused workspace available to the user.

Expected results:
The second thumbnail image of the workspace overview is empty and allows the user to add a second workplace.
