Description of problem: The screen brightness keys using Fn+F5 and Fn+F6 doesn't work. It is possible to change the screen brightness by using the UI. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): $ lspci | grep -i vga > 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 520 (rev 07) $ uname -r > 4.7.2-201.fc24.x86_64 Actual results: Fn+F5 and Fn+F6 doesn't work. Expected results: Changing screen brightness Fn+F5(increasing) and Fn+F6(decreasing) Additional info: Other Fn keys work well, only the screen brightness one (F5 and F6) are down. I have tested those Fn keys on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and they work. This message is a reminder that Fedora 24 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 2 (two) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 24. Fedora 24 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2017-08-08. Fedora 24 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug. If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version.
