Screenshot of external ceph required info

Section 4.2.4.f should outline the information required by QCI to attach an existing Ceph cluster to an OSP deployment. You can reference https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-openstack-platform/8/red-hat-ceph-storage-for-the-overcloud/chapter-3-integrating-an-existing-ceph-storage-cluster-in-an-overcloud for additional info about attaching existing Ceph to OSP 8

Under step 4.2.4.f.iv, the note should be modified to reflect that while local ceph storage is not supported as part of a QCI OSP deployment, an existing ceph cluster can be attached to the deployment as a backend for the overcloud

Another step can be added to show the required info
V. Select "External Ceph Storage" if you want to utilize an existing ceph storage cluster to this OSP deployment

The following info will need to be provided for attaching an existing ceph cluster
 - Ceph External Mon Host -- IP Address of the Ceph Monitor
 - Ceph Cluster FSID -- Cluster Filesystem ID
 - Ceph Client Username
 - Ceph Client Key -- Ceph User key
 - Nova RBD Pool Name
 - Cinder RBD Pool Name
 - Glance RBD Pool Name

NOTE: Ceph user will require the following capabilities:
 - cap_mon: allow r,
 - cap_osd: allow class-read object_prefix rbd_children, allow rwx pool=volumes, allow rwx pool=vms, allow rwx pool=images

The Ceph instructions have been verified for 1.0 already. If you find any issues, please open a new bug.
