Description of problem:
Start a bunch of builds in project in cli, and try to set filter in pod or bc page, the page would refresh automatically due to new pods/builds are created, it makes the chosen label key disappear sometimes during setting filter label.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create app from image in project on web console, and start a bunch of builds in cli.
# for i in `seq 20`;do oc start-build rbtest -n prozyp;done
2.Try to set filter in pod or bc page.

Actual results:
2.The chosen label key would disappear during setting filter label if the page's resource automatically refresh frequently. Pls refer to the attachment

Expected results:
2.The chosen label key should not disappear during setting filter label.
