Describe the issue: 
Currently when a release is generated the release notes are not updated with the change log, they should be.

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh8)
Result: Pass
Steps:
1.Go to https://${server}/page.cgi?id=release-notes.html
==>Check this page including all release info, like latest
