Description of problem:
There's interest in CentOS community in getting virtualization support for aarch64. Host side rpms have been built in community build system:
https://cbs.centos.org/repos/virt7-ovirt-40-release/aarch64/os/

It would be nice to get experimental support in ovirt-engine allowing to add aarch64 hosts to the engine.
