Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Sat 6.2.1 using RHEL7 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. install satellite 6.2.1 Actual results: errors in /var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_log* ART ERROR: no existe la relación «settings» en carácter 323 2016-09-10 00:40:52 ART SENTENCIA: SELECT a.attname, format_type(a.atttypid, a.atttypmod), pg_get_expr(d.adbin, d.adrelid), a.attnotnull, a.atttypid, a.atttypmod FROM pg_attribute a LEFT JOIN pg_attrdef d ON a.attrelid = d.adrelid AND a.attnum = d.adnum WHERE a.attrelid = '"settings"'::regclass AND a.attnum > 0 AND NOT a.attisdropped ORDER BY a.attnum 2016-09-10 00:56:03 ART ERROR: llave duplicada viola restricción de unicidad «dynflow_coordinator_records_pkey» some other errors are logged alter. Expected results: no database errors Additional info: the sat6 instance (it is a testing instance) appears to work. i has only one host, so i cannot be sure yet. Additional Info: Sat is 6.2.1, but only 6.2.0 "version" is selectable in bugzilla.

I've not seen anything similar to this in a long time. This may have been environmental. Closing, as I'm unable to reproduce on our current releases.
