Description of problem:
If administrator fails to provide principal and password, then it should prompt for principal and password.

Rather than failing it will give user a chance to recover from this failure.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ipa-replica-install --server=ipamaster3.testrelm.test --domain=testrelm.test 

Actual results:
Fails with warning message about missing principal and password

Expected results:
Prompt user for principal and password
