Description Martin Krajnak 2016-09-16 11:17:52 UTC
Description of problem:

Prerequisites: Share a document to OneDrive account (read and edit in my case), and log in with this account to Windows Live via gnome-online-accounts.

Open gnome-documents, wait for documents to load. All documents are listed except the one that was shared. After login to account via browser I can navigate to shared documents and verify that the document is there.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-documents-3.14.3-3.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.share a document
2.login via goa to windows live account
3.open documents

Actual results:
Shared document is not listed in documents list or in any folder.

Expected results:
Shared document should be listed on document list or in "shared folder".

Comment 2 Debarshi Ray 2020-02-12 13:39:28 UTC
RHEL 7 is approaching its Extended Life Cycle Support phase; and GNOME Documents is only weakly maintained upstream. Given the non-critical nature of this bug, it's not fit for RHEL 7 anymore, and GNOME Documents isn't part of RHEL 8.

Comment 3 RHEL Program Management 2020-02-12 13:39:36 UTC
Development Management has reviewed and declined this request. You may appeal this decision by using your Red Hat support channels, who will make certain the issue receives the proper prioritization with product and development management.
