last version without this issue: mutter.x86_64 3.21.91-2.fc25
version which contain this issue: 3.21.92-1.fc25

Workaround: # dnf downgrade mutter --allowerasing

nutter 3.22.0-1.fc25.x86_64 not solve problem
Anybody read this?

And impossible return to version 3.21.91-2.fc25 because downgrade not worked twice times.

# dnf downgrade mutter --allowerasing
Last metadata expiration check: 0:53:42 ago on Fri Sep 23 21:24:06 2016.
Package mutter of lowest version already installed, cannot downgrade it.
Error: Nothing to do.

Currently for save eyes may be uses GNOME with Xorg mode.

This issue fixed in mutter-3.22.1-2.fc25.x86_64
