Description of problem:
It happened multiple times already. Something is changing test case statuses from Automated to Manual and vice versa. Last time I had to manually switch TC#336239 back to automated.

We need to know who/what changed that. It is disruptive for our workflow when something is doing changes silently and we have no way to know who/what did it.

Nitrate 3.8.17 (currently running https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com)

How reproducible:
I don't know

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use TCMS
2. store some Automated/Manual info offline
3. wait until something changes it
4. try to figure out who/what did it

Actual results:
impossible

Expected results:
there is at least proper record in test case changelog

Test case was automated on July 20, 2016, 1:17 a.m. but wasn't on Sept. 20, 2016, 8:28 p.m.
