tooltip bug

Description of problem:
The tooltip over instance name shows code.

Always

1. Mouse over instance name

Actual results:
Invalid tooltip

Expected results:
Proper tooltip

Chris K, this one is fixed.  Awaiting the GH PR https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-service/pull/649 to be merged.
