What is intention of that bugreport? Do you think I should not update ImageMagick even in rawhide? Do we have any policy or hints about quality level software?
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
Not sure what this is about either, but the latest version is now available in Rawhide and Fedora 27.
