Description of problem:
When we traverse from the content hosts page to All hosts page , 404 error is occurred.

Build: Satellite 6.3 snap1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to satellite 
2. Go to Content hosts page , wait until page loads
3. Go to All hosts page

Actual results:
404 error occurred

Expected results:
Page should be displayed
