Description Maxim Burgerhout 2016-09-20 11:13:07 UTC
Created attachment 1202855 [details]
satellite_url

Description of problem:
Various emails sent out to Satellite 6 users have a %{satellite_url} variable, that is not replaced properly.

One example is the Puppet Summary Report, but I'm quite sure the problem in bug 1328507 is the same, though it's component is 'SCAP Plugin'

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2.2

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to Puppet Summary emails
2. Receive one
3.

Actual results:
Header reads:
"Summary report from Satellite server at %{satellite_url}

Expected results:
Header should read:
"Summary report from Satellite server at satellite6.example.com"

Additional info:
Screenshot attached. This happens to various emails - not just the Puppet Summary ones - and looks quite unprofessional.

Comment 6 Bryan Kearney 2017-03-31 16:36:46 UTC
This is not aligned to 6.2, and as Shlomi mentioned it is due to an older branding process not used in 6.3. I will move this to ON_QA for 6.3.

We seem to be good here.
