Documentation: hen upgrading from 8 to 9 a deployment with a managed ceph installation we need to add:    parameter_defaults:     CephClientKey: 'my_cephx_key'


Looking at the guide[1], I don't find the note about adding CephClientKey: 'my_cephx_key' under parameter_defaults.
