Description of problem:

When editing a template, if you'll click twice on "Hide/Show Advanced Options" button, the first click will hide the advanced options, second one will bring back the advanced options - with an additional field: VM ID.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to: ovirt engine weadmin -> Templates tab -> Edit template 
2. Click on "Hide Advanced Options"
3. Click on "Show Advanced Options"

Actual results:
Clicking on "Show Advanced Options" (step 3) causes a field "VM ID" to appear, and it seems editable.

Expected results:
For this field not to appear (?!)
Or in case it should appear, then appear from the very start - when opening the dialogue), and not to be editable.

Additional info:
Tried changing the value and saving, 
event log shows: Template ... configuration was updated ...
But when performing the scenario again - to see if it was changed, it seems to remain the same (no change).
