Description of problem: Quanta +, a program that has been in every
version of RHL and Fedora Core is not in FC3 Release Candidate 5.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look for Quanta + package in distribution

Actual results: It is not there


Expected results: Should be available for install


Additional info: It is not on the FC3RC5 DVD, and is not present in
the directory

A mailing list user pointed out that this is now part of the kdewebdev
package.  I installed it from Add/Remove Applications successfully.
