Description of problem:

Cisco has reporting the same behavior observed in BZ #1171193 and is requesting the feasibility of back-porting errata: RHEA-2015-0151 to OSP-5(Icehouse) on RHEL 7. Or at the very least the fix associated with BZ #1171193.
