Description of problem:

looking at the subscription dialogue of "add new provider:
I am not sure what: SKU means (this is not a general pool name is it?)
do we specify a pool? do we specify specific channels?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

using upstream master/origin hash b2414903aa11
alon's updates merged

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compute -> containers -> providers -> add new provider
2. select CDN channel tab
3.

Actual results:

it is unclear what to add in SKU

Expected results:

the fields name should be consistent to the subscription-manager command to avoid confutation
example, if subscription manager has these commands:

 subscription-manager attach --pool

we should have fields that say:

pool id:

Please assess the importance of this issue and update the priority accordingly. Somewhere it was missed in the bug triage process. Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#priority for a reminder on each priority's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set it to Low/Low.

Closing this bug as the cluster deployment feature was shelved long time ago
