Section Number and Name: section 3.3.2. Setting up Secondary KDCs

Describe the issue: Step #3, sub-step #2 mentions using kadmin.local on the secondary KDC. 

Suggestions for improvement: That should just be regular kadmin.

Additional information: The command line examples use kadmin, but the instructions in the sentence for that step say kadmin.local.
