Description of problem: Latest package in updates-testing is missing /etc/dbus-1/system.d/nm-strongswan-service.conf which yields the following in the system log: sep 26 23:34:34 localhost NetworkManager[1579]: (process:4596): libnm-glib-WARNING **: Failed to initialize VPN plugin: Connection ":1.92" is not allowed to own the service "org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.strongswan" due to security policies in the configuration file Installing the file from a previous package solves the problem.
