Description of problem:

In this flow the live migration fails.

Use case: I wish to remove all the instances from one of the compute nodes in order to scale it down.

The live migration fails. with an error 
'Migrate does not apply to at least one of the selected items'

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.6.2.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to CFME UI
2. go to compute --> infrastructure --> Nodes
3. select the node which contains instances
4. click on vm
5. select the instance quad icon
6. go to lifecycle -> migrate

Actual results:

The live migration fails. with an error 
'Migrate does not apply to at least one of the selected items'

Expected results:

migrating

It looks like that error message appears when you try to migrate a template, as opposed to a vm.  Can you send a screenshot of what the UI displays after step 5?

Migrate works on 5.7.0.17
