2. Click Edit -> Preferences.
3. Click Mail Preferences -> Sender tab.

It should be localized.

There are few fuzzy translations and untranslated messages for the required languages for 'evolution-3.12.11-22.el7' which needs l10n attention.

This bug won't be fixed during our RHEL 7.4 localization effort as this particular package is not on our list of selected packages (Tier0):
