Description of problem:
Instance type dialogs shows view "VM ID" editor after "Show advanced options" button is clicked

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.1.0-0.0.master.20160926231311.gitf265569.el7.centos (brq-dev)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open some instance type for editing (Configure > Instance types)
2. Make sure first ("General") side tab is selected.
3. Click "Show advanced options" ("Hide advanced options" first if necessary)

Actual results:
"VM ID" editor is visible

Expected results:
"VM ID" editor is not visible
