Describe the issue: 
In the document, "v3.3.0.31" is specified the latest image. However, it's not existing. I confirmed "v3.3.0.32" is existed.

Change to "v3.3.0.32".

Issue was fixed previously by replacing the hard coded value with a variable {latest-tag} in October.
