Description of problem:
I opened the jne new Projects, after it deleted.
Now when I try to open a new project - see the message (the user can open only one project), although at the moment there is no open projects

The previous project was not completely deleted and hence prevented the new project from being created. The previous project has now been deleted and you should be able to create a new project. The underlying issue has been resolved as well and you should not hit this issue again.

Please confirm that you can now create a new project.
