can you add it to epel7?

This package requires libspatialite to be in EPEL, which we don't have. Spatialite at least used to be fast moving target in the past and the fact that it needs a rebuild on every new version of Sqlite doesn't help, since RH controls this package.

I can not devote enough time to that, unfortunately! However, you may want to become a package maintainer with Fedora. I will happily grant you the permissions then!
