This is development tag, not a release. Wait for proper release.

Comment 3 Petr Pisar 2016-10-13 12:42:47 UTC
This version adds new features, especially support for Decimal128 type. The ABI is preserved except removal of versioned soname aliases:

  - PROVIDE     libbson-1.0.so.0(LIBBSON_1.0)(64bit)
  - PROVIDE     libbson-1.0.so.0(LIBBSON_1.1)(64bit)
  - PROVIDE     libbson-1.0.so.0(LIBBSON_1.2)(64bit)
  - PROVIDE     libbson-1.0.so.0(LIBBSON_1.3)(64bit)
  - PROVIDE     libbson-1.0.so.0(LIBBSON_1.4)(64bit)

The only remaining is:

                libbson-1.0.so.0()(64bit)

Affected RPM packages are:

mongo-c-driver-1.3.5-6.fc26.src.rpm
perl-MongoDB-1.4.5-1.fc26.src.rpm
php-pecl-mongodb-1.1.8-4.fc26.src.rpm

This release is suitable for rawhide only. I will rebuild the affected packages.

No need to rebuild mongo-c-driver and php-pecl-mongodb
I will take care of updating them to latest version for compatibility with OpenSSL 1.1.
