Taking to update links in en-US.

Links in the ja-JP version of this guide shall also be updated through coordination with localization.

Hi Kinjo-san,

Thank you very much for reporting these issues.
Andrew updated the source English text this afternon and then we applied the fixes to Japanese translations.
